Baiklah, hari ini kita akan membicarakan soal mengambil tindakan.
Biar saya mulakan dengan kisah 3 ekor burung. Pada suatu ketika, ada 3 ekor burung yang sedang bertenggek di atas sebatang pokok. 2 daripadanya telah mengambil keputusan untuk terbang. Apa yang ingin saya tanyakan adalah agak mudah.
Berapakah ekor burung yang masih tinggal di atas pokok? Sebahagian daripada anda mungkin akan menjawab hanya ada 1 ekor yang tinggal. Tapi bagi anda yang mengetahuinya, jawapannya adalah 3! Tapi dengan hanya mengetahui sahaja adalah tidak memadai.
Mengapa ada 3 Pula?
Ini adalah kerana 2 ekor burung yang telah mengambil keputusan untuk terbang tadi, hanya telah mengambil keputusan untuk terbang sahaja. Mereka tidak pernahpun mengambil tindakan untuk terbang.
Mereka hanya berbicara soal hendak terbang, "Hei, apa kata kita terbanng?" "Ya, apa kata kita terbang?" Mereka terus berbicara dan terus berbicara lagi soal melakukan sesuatu tetapi mereka tidak pernahpun memulakannya.
Begitulah hakikatnya, terlalu ramai orang yang sibuk berkata 'jom terbang' manakala mereka hanya sibuk memperkatakan tentang 'terbang' dan telah melupakan sesuatu. Mereka telah lupa untuk mengambil tindakan, yang mana adalah bahagian yang terpenting sekali dalam sesuatu aktiviti.
